Sandy Hall


Holding a Bachelors Degree in Business and Behavioral Science from Oglethorpe University, Sandy has over 22 years staffing experience and 12 years as a Business Owner of GreatStaff Solutions and GreatStaff Search Professionals. She understands it is the team you have in place that determines the outcome of a company’s success. Knowing the challenges in finding, motivating, encouraging and retaining strong employees, Sandy is able to offer a platform and guidance that promotes a culture of quality employees & teamwork. Determined to help clients succeed in building their teams  on a national scale, she continues to promote  & demonstrate the importance of creating long-term relationships founded on dedication, hard work and integrity.


Taylor Ferguson

Executive Search Manager

With 10 years of staffing and customer service experience, Taylor has the natural “knack” for finding top talent and matching the best candidates to our client’s open positions. She enjoys working with our candidates and clients as she operates with a high level of energy and confidence. Taylor’s dedication and leadership role at GreatStaff Search Professionals is an example of her strong work ethic and personal care for the staffing requirements of our clients.
