Holding a Bachelors Degree in Business and Behavioral Science from Oglethorpe University, Sandy has over 22 years staffing experience and 12 years as a Business Owner of GreatStaff Solutions and GreatStaff Search Professionals. She understands it is the team you have in place that determines the outcome of a company’s success. Knowing the challenges in finding, motivating, encouraging and retaining strong employees, Sandy is able to offer a platform and guidance that promotes a culture of quality employees & teamwork.
